At Taaralu, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or refund — please read the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must record an unedited unboxing video of the package — starting from the sealed/unopened parcel through to opening it and inspecting the item.

This video may be requested as proof in case of:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing items in the order

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims related to damage, defects, or missing items.

Eligibility for Returns

All items are eligible for return, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • An unboxing video is available if requested

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose:

  • Refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit for a future purchase on Taaralu

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at taaraluclothing@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach your unboxing video (if applicable)
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided
  5. Refund or store credit will be issued after inspection

Non-Returnable Situations

We may decline a return if:

  • The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery
  • The item shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery
  • No unboxing video is available for a damage/defect claim
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
